What is Real Estate?
The dictionary defines real estate as property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this (also) an item of real property, (more generally) buildings or housing in general. While this definition provides us with a clear picture of what real estate truly is, it doesn’t provide us with details about how to invest in real estate, how to purchase real estate or what types of real estate options are available to consumers.
