    Design Analysis of the Apartments

    West Facing - A – 3BHK 2036sft

    The main entry for this flat is on the western side towards the drawing room. The space is continuity to living and dining through dining area. The entire stretch of 33’x 11’6” makes the space more open and unique. It is extended towards the balcony area which adds another 5’ to the exiting 33’ stretch making it 38’ open. From the entry of west till east there is no wall in between and also the view and the ventilation, lighting is ample in this flat. The morning light enters through the balcony to the living area through the glass walls and French door. The balconyis shared with the bedroom and thestretch is 18’.

    Dining area is the center of this flat and have access to all the rooms from here. In the south west area is the master bedroom having window on the southern wall to the east side of the bedroom, with attached toilet of 11’x5’.

In the southeast kitchen is provided with utility area and both the master bedroom and kitchen placed according to vasthu. Kitchen has the counter on the eastern side and window in the center of the southern wall. The utility is on the eastern side which is next to balcony.

The design is made in such a way that light and ventilation is very good to the living and dining area. The entire stretch of the house from east to west about 38’ is open and the space is so massive.

    To the left of the drawing room is the kitchen with utility to the south side. Master bedroom is on the southwest corner with wardrobe and attached toilet. 23’ balcony is on the western side sharing with the living room and another bedroom in the northwest corner.

    There are two balconies of the northwest bedroom, both of them are shared balconies. In the north east there is a bedroom with attached toilet and a balcony shared to the northwest bedroom.

    East Facing - A – 3BHK 1669sft

    The main entry is in the living room and this is the only typical flats having entry in the living room, rest all units have drawing room as entry. Kitchen is placed on the southeast with utility, master bedroom with attached toilet in the southwest side. 

   Whereas in the northwest and northeast bedrooms with attached toilets are provided. The bedroom in the northeast corner has access to balcony area in the eastern side.

Specifications:

This project is loaded with good specifications in terms of health construction. The structures are RCC structures Twister and seismic and wind loads. Plastering, there are two types of plastering, internal and external with 15MM take cement under gypsum plaster smooth finishing and 20MM thick, two coats of smoth finish cement plaster.
