Prestige High Fields by Prestige Estate Projects
Prestige High Fields is a brand new luxurious residential project developed by Prestige Estate Projects in Puppalaguda, Hyderabad.
Prestige High Fields spreads across 21.85 acres with 10 High rise towers of 34 floors height with concrete walls and the area of the apartments of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 & 4 bedroom sets ranging from 1,283 to 4070 square feet. This project is in the heart of Financial District.
Advantages of Prestige High Fields from the Authors perspective:
1. Location wise– is in the heart of Financial District, this is very close to major IT offices, Outer ring road and Gachibowli
2. The orientation of the building is along north and south, inside the house the rooms are well illuminated through the day and because of this placement of towers, not more heat in to the building.
3. Good Ventilation and no common wall sharing that, having good open space between adjoining units feels like a individual villa except few units
4. In Prestige High Fields the parks along the boundaries and very good open space for the kids and a great place to live
5. 2240 luxurious apartments having 10 High rise towers of 34 floors height with concrete walls and the area of the apartments of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 & 4 bedroom sets ranging from 1,283 to 4070 square feet spreading in 21.85 acres.

Design Analysis:
Master plan
The main entry is from the south to the project with separate entry and exit gate next to each other. This site is quadrilateral shape close to the rectangle with longer side on northern and southern side. Here this site orientation is not exactly the north according to geological north. If has be told precisely the site is tilted with 45 degree.
But the buildings are properly designed in such a way all the units are tilted to geological north.
There are 10 towers in this project with club house at its center and easily accessible to all the dwellers in this project. All the towers are oriented towards the north and south direction. 8 towers have 8 units in each floor whereas 4 units per floor in other 2 towers. All the towers are surrounded by roads on 4 sides. From the road to the periphery of the boundary the play areas are provided with good gardens.
2 BHK - 1283sft
All the 2BHK here has the east facing. The main door is on the east direction and moves on to the dining area and to the balcony. Dining area is at the center of the building. To the left of the entrance is the Kitchen and the utility. In the living room there is a big window on the north side of the wall. The Master bedroom is on the southwest corner with attached wardrobe and toilet with 2 windows. One window on the south wall is a slit window and the other on the west wall is a big window of 4'wide. The other bedroom is on the northwest of the flat with a wardrobe and 1 window. The common toilet in the dining area and can be used by the second bedroom and located in the space between the living room and the second bedroom.
2.5 BHK - 1492sft
All these building units faces west direction. The main entry is on the west in the living area following to balcony through dining. The master bedroom is on the southwest corner with attached toilet. The second bedroom is on the northwest corner of the flat an. the kitchen is on the southeast direction as per vasthu. There is a study room in the northeast of the unit. Two toilets are provided in this typology, each on the north and south of the flat. There is a common toilet in the northern side b and can be used for guests, second bedroom and the study area.
In this typology there is a french door in the dining area for the balcony, master bedroom has 2 windows on the southern side of the wall. Both second bedroom and the study room has one window each.
3 BHK - 1742sft
This typologies of flats are east facing. From the corridor main door is on the foyer, then leads to the dining area to the living room. To the adjacent of the living room is the balcony with french door. Living and dining is an open space and has no partition wall. The kitchen is on the southeast side with utility. The master bedroom is on the southwest of the flat and has access from the living area, the master bedroom has, wardrobes and 2 windows. Both the northwest corner and northeast corner has bedroom with attached toilet and a window.
3.5 BHK - 1919Sft
This is east facing flat having entrance on the foyer. From the foyer is the dining area and the living area, both spaces are open and seems to have a big area combined together. There is a French window on the western side to the balcony. Kitchen and utility area is in the southeast of the flat having access from dining. Master bedroom is on the southwest corner having access from dining area with 2 windows, wardrobe and attached toilet. Next to the kitchen towards the western side is the study room with one window on the southern side. To the right of the dining room are two bedrooms, one with attached toilet and 2 windows in the northwest are and the other with 1 window and wardrobe. There is a common washroom have in the dining area. In this typology there are 3 bedrooms, 1 study room and 3 toilets, out of which 2 are attached and 1 is common.
3.5 BHK - 1993Sft
All this typology are west facing units. The main entrance is on the western side from the corridor to the foyer. In the foyer there is a partition wall between the living/dining areas and also there is a good space for the provision of seaters to visitors. Living/dining is next to the foyer from the entrance towards the western side and leads to balcony. The living/dining is open space of about continuous 23’ and balcony at the other end. There is a French doors between this spaces to balcony and have a clear view from the entrance to the balcony which is 5’9” wide. To the right of the Living are two bedrooms one in each corner of northwest and northeast of the flat. Both the bedrooms have one window each with attached wardrobes and washroom.
Kitchen is provided in the southeast corner with continuous window on the southern side and attached utility. Next to kitchen towards the western side is the study area of 9’3”x7’ with window on the southern wall towards the western side. Just opposite to the study room is the master bedroom on the southwest side with study pace and attached wardrobe along the western wall. There are two windows placed nicely on the southern wall to get good ventilation. To the right of the bedroom is small corridor of around 6’ reaching the bedroom and there is entry to the master bedroom toilet.
4 BHK - 2713Sft
This is the 4BHK flat in H type tower from 1st to 28th floor. In this tower there are 4 units on each floor and this unit is the only one in each floor of the entire project. The main access is from the eastern side to the foyer from the corridor. There is a separate to the maid room from the corridor and attached toilet to that room and separate door access to the kitchen from maid room.
Living is adjacent to foyer with attached balcony on the northern side to the full depth of the living and to the right and powder room in the left side near to the entry. To the southeast of the flat is the kitchen with utility and the kitchen countertop is on the east side. Next to the living is the family/dining of 21’9” x 16’. Puja is on the northeast of the living area and the living has attached balcony on the northern side. There is bedroom on the left side of the dining in the south are with wardrobe and 2 windows with attached toilet. There is a provision of washbasin to the southwest of the dining and near the entry of the master bedroom which is on the southwest. This bedroom has built in wardrobes in 2 places one near the entry and other on the southwest of the room. 2 windows are placed diagonally for good ventilation. To the straight of the living is the bedroom with balcony and attached toilet, similarly there is also a bedroom in the northwest corner with attached toilet having entry from the living area.
