Halycon is a premium residential project in Jublee hills by Phoenix Group. Jubilee is the premium place in Hyderabad with many malls, commercial space and high end residential apartments are there.

The north east entrance is on the drawing room of about 17’x17’ and continues to kitchen through dining. Utility is provided next to kitchen in the right hand side. To the left side of the drawing room is the big sit out area where the inmates can have a very good view from the dr

To the right of the drawing room there is a pathway to all the 2 bedrooms (one for children), guest bedroom and 1 master bedroom.  Here in all the bedrooms including the master bedroom they have provided wardrobes within the bedroom and attached toilet. Shower cubicle has been provided in all the toilets.

The flat opens the main door in north east with a magnificent drawing room with seating facing towards the big sit out area in the left side of the entrance and the view is very good.
