The project is near the Wipro circle which is a hub for software companiesand it’s near the ORR and financial district. The location is so close to the IT parks, shopping malls etc.
The apartments are of varied range to all types of home buyers.
This project is spreading across 22.57 acre with 83.25:16.75 principle where 83.25% of open space and 16.75% of foot print. This combination provides more green space that is a lung space for the building.
There are 2800 units of 2BHK and 3BHK in 31floors and the area ranges from 1314sft to 1834sft in 10 towers.
Advantages of My Home Avatar from the Authors perspective:
The space between the towers are properly designed with landscape and badminton courts are provided. Overall in this project about 7 badmintons courts are provided. The parking are in the lower basement levels and there is a staircase between the buildings near to the badminton court.
The site has an entry from 36 meters road. Vehicular entry and exit provisions are provided.
This project is adjoining the outer ring road service road.
After entering the main entrance is grand teat of big Open Park with lawns, deck under pergola with seating, amphitheater, mound with specimen trees, and seating with Grid planting and pylon.
The road is on the periphery of the project with lawns, jogging tracks of 1.2 km, children’s play area and seating area between the roads and the boundary.
All the internal roads are 9M wide.
After entering the project to the left side after few minutes, there are gents and boy’s pool, ladies and girl’s pool, open showers, basketball court and tennis ball court.
The uniqueness is the provision of cycle track in the periphery near to the road. The space between the road and the boundary is carefully designed with jogging tracks, lawns and sit out area.

Floor Plan
Each tower has 9 apartments in each floor. There are 4 passenger lifts, one service lift, one garbage lift, one staircase and one fire escape staircase.
There is a 7’3” connecting corridor for all flats in the same floor.
There are 4 type of units i.e 2 BHK, 1314 sft of both east and west facing and 3 BHK, 1834 sft of both east and west facing apartment
2BHK – East facing
The main door is on the North east of the flat from the corridor. First comes the drawing room with big window, one slit window and enters in to dining area in the left side. South east is the kitchen with attached utility space.
From the dining enters the bedroom 1 with attached toilet and a big window on the western side. There is a wardrobe provision in the bedroom.
From dining there is a common toilet in the center of north and the bedroom 2has a built in wardrobe with attached balcony.
2BHK – West facing
The main entrance is on the western side of the drawing room. There are two windows in this room, one slit window near the main door and the other on the northern wall. The drawing room movies in to dining area and to the balcony towards the eastern side. There is a big window in the dining room, wash basin fixed on the northwest corner and French doors between the balconies in the northeastern area. The balcony space is good enough of 11’x5’. There is a common toilet between the drawing room and the dining area. Master bedroom is on the south west corner with a window and attached wardrobes and toilet.
Next to the master bedroom to the eastern side is a bedroom with a wardrobe and a window on the southern side and this bedroom has to share the common toilet. In the south east is the kitchen and utility area, the kitchen countertop is on the eastern side with window in the southeast corner of the room. The utility space width is 4’6”.
3 BHK East Facing 1834sft
This flat enters in the eastern side to the drawing room. There is the open living and dining and extends to the balcony in the western side.
From the living and dining space to the southeast is the kitchen area with utility. In the southwest is the master bed room with attached wardrobes, dressing area and toilet. There are 2 windows one on each wall on eastern and southern side, the study table is facing east direction. Kitchen is on the southeast corner with utility space attached to it.
Northwest bedroom has 2 windows which eases cross ventilation and the north east bedroom has a window on the northern wall.
To the north side of the living and dining, there is wash basin with common toilet. There are two bed rooms in the northern side with study area and wardrobes. The northwest bedroom has the attached toilet whereas the north east bed room have the common toilet.
3 BHK West Facing 1834sft
This flat has an entrance on the western side in to the drawing room, there is a slit window near the main door and extends to open living and dining area to sit out. There is a French door between the living and the balcony area. To the right side of the dining in the south west of the flat is the bedroom-1 with study table facing the west direction, wardrobe on the western wall, one window on the extreme southern wall joint. There is a dressing are and attached toilet in this bedroom and the entrance is from the dining room.
In the southeast is the kitchen with kitchen countertop in the east side, one window exactly in the middle of the southern wall and the utility of 5’ wide on the eastern side.
In the northwest is the bedroom-2 with study table on the western side and the attached wardrobe and toilet. One window is placed on the opposite on the northern wall and this bedroom has an entrance from the drawing room. Pooja space is provided in the northwest of the dining room. One common toilet room is in the dining room and it serves for bedroom-3 as well. Wash basin is provided at the entrance of the common toilet in the dining area.
Bedroom-3 has an entrance from the living/dining area and has 2 windows one each in northern and eastern wall.
