This project of elite 526 boutique apartments is spreading across in 9 acres with a central courtyard of 1.5 acres. More than 70% of the land is open space. In this they have 6 towers of residential apartments ranging from 18 to 20 floors.
In the overall 6 towers, 4 towers are 5 apartments per floor and the other towers are 4 apartments on each floor.
There are 526 high end apartments consisting of 3BHK and 4BHK.
The apartment size ranges from 1855 sft to 4110 sft .
No common walls making the flats feel like as if it is a villa with no sharing walls.
There are two levels of car parking.

Design Analysis:
Block A
Block A has 5 apartments in each floor and no common walls make it feel like a villa.
The corridor is of 8’ wide with 2 lifts, 1 service lift and 2 staircases. There is also a garbage chute provision.
This block has two 2845 sft flats, two 2330 sft flat and one 2030 sft flat.
Top 2 flats are of 2845 sft with entrance along east side. the main door has the entry to drawing room continued by dining to kitchen, all three spaces are open.
Two bed rooms are placed in the right side on both north east and North West with attached toilets.
Puja space is given in between the 2 bedrooms.
Left side of the drawing room is the kitchen with attached store room and utility.
From the utility there is a provision of servant room with toilet.
In the south west of the flat is the master bed room with attached wic and toilet. There is also a provision of seating space within the master bedroom.
vasthu has been followed properly in this flat.
There is a continuous balcony from living to bed room in the west to North West area.
Now we will discuss on the design features in 2330 sft flats
This flat is an east facing and enters in to drawing room and go till kitchen through dining which is open.
To the left side in the flat, there are 2 bed rooms with attached kitchen toilet. Wardrobes are within the bedroom.
To the right side entrance is the master bed room with study area and attached toilet.
In the southeast is the kitchen with utility space.
There is a big balcony to the western side of living rooms till the end of other bedroom.
Block B
In the B block, the corridor is of 8’ wide, there are 2 passenger lifts, 1 service lift, 2 staircases and a garbage chute.
There are 4 apartments with 2 flats each of 4095 sft and 3420 sft.
All units have no common walls and look like a villa feel.
In 4096 sft flat is the east facing flats with entry on drawing room, passing through dining to living.
To the left side of the dining is the powder room, kitchen with utility, bedroom with dress and attached toilet.
To the right side is the 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and attached toilet.
There are balconies with 1 sit out and 2 balconies in master bedroom and bedroom.
In 3420 sft, there is a private lobby entering in to drawing room, left side pooja room, to the straight is the dining area following to living space. To the left side is the 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and attached toilet. Living has adjoining sit out and balcony area. To the right of dining is the bed room, master bedroom with attached toilets and for master bedroom wic is there. Kitchen with store and utility is also provided.
Block C
In this block there are five units Connected by 8 feet corridor. There are one normal one fire escape staircase two lifts and one service lift.
East facing 2845 sft
This flat enters eastern side in the drawing room followed by dining and leading to the balcony. The drawing room dining area living room makes a space so big and there is a glass wall between the balcony the living area. Kitchen is in the south east with utility area and maid room with toilet. Master bedroom is from the dining area with attached toilet and the other 2 bedrooms are in the northeast and northwest corner with attached toilets. This is a 3BHK with 3toilets, maid room with toilet.
East facing 4095sft
The flat enters in the drawing room in the eastern side from the 8’ corridor. Drawing room, dining and the living are open till balcony. The balcony also has a French doors. To the right of the drawing room there is a bedroom in the north east corner with attached wardrobe and toilet.
